Shipping & Returns

We ship internationally and domestically.

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 2 – 4 working days. 

All orders over £100 have free shipping. 

If there is a delay in the processing of your order, we will be contacting you via your customer email. If you require your order urgently or within a certain timeframe, please email shop@ihrc.org and quote your order number.

If you wish to make an order for a book we do not stock or a bulk order of a book, please email us.

Please note additional charges may apply to orders which need to be expedited, heavy quantity items and large international orders. We will be sure to contact you if this is the case.

If you are in the UK and have not received your item within 10 working days please email shop@ihrc.org.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we would be happy to provide a refund or an exchange for an item of the same value, within 30 days of purchase.

All returned products need to be sent back in the condition they were received to the following address:

Your refund will be issued once we receive the item.

If your items arrived damaged or in a state not advertised, we would be happy to provide a full refund including return postage or a discount if you would like to keep the item. Please contact shop@ihrc.org in any case.
