All orders made via the website are in accordance with our terms and conditions. Your order will be deemed to be accepted by us upon receipt of payment and deemed concluded upon despatch to you of items.

Non-acceptance of an order will only occur under the following circumstances:

• A product ordered is out of stock
• Failure to obtain authorisation of payment.
• An error occurring in the identification of a product or price.

The customer will be contacted in each of these circumstances, and upon contact options other than cancellation can be made available to the customer.

All product prices are correct at the time they are entered onto our system. The total cost you will be charged is the price of the products you have ordered plus delivery charges.

By ordering from our site, you confirm that the credit/debit card you are using belongs to you.

All payments made by credit/debit card are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from failure or refusal by your payment card issuer to authorise payment to us for any reason.

We reserve the right at any time to withdraw products and/or remove or edit content from this Website.
