This is one of three pamphlets published as 'The Cycle of Life' series of booklets which contribute towards an increasing awareness and knowledge of sexual health matters within the Muslim Community. Written in English, the text of this booklet covers such issues as puberty, attraction to the opposite sex and a guide to 'taking care of yourself the Islamic way'. It was published by An-Nisa Society, a women-managed organisation based in the London Borough of Brent which works for the well-being of Muslim families and individuals. Since its establishment in 1985 the organisation has developed pioneering initiatives in social and welfare services from an Islamic perspective.
