Palestinian Referendum: Imam Khamenei’s viewpoint regarding the solution to the Palestinian issue

No proposal about Palestine can be implemented in the absence of or contrary to the views of its owners, the Palestinians. A referendum is a globally recognised, well-accepted, and civilised logic for the governance of Palestine. All Palestinians whether they are Muslims, Christians, or Palestinian Jews, and those forced to live in exile, should have the right to participate in a referendum and choose the type of system to govern Palestine to which everyone must submit. It is imperative for the all-encompassing resistance of the Palestinian nation - the political, military, ethical, and cultural resistance - to continue until the usurpers of Palestine submit to the vote of the Palestinian nation. - Sayyid Ali Khamenei
